The largest collaborative 3-dimensional mural in the world. A visual history of the country through its workers. Located in the repurposed mill factory. You can take pictures from four levels of ramps placed across the mural. Possibly best is to take a panoramic shot from the middle of the top ramp.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!! Can't wait to go back. My seniors that I transported were thrilled with it and we spent hours there enjoyING it. Easy getting around for their walkers and one wheelchair.

AMP is a great example of the words "awesome" and "awe-inspiring," creating a true sense of awe in the visitor. The art here is large and powerful yet it still feels so personal as it connects the visitor with a larger community. And it is more than just "art on a wall," as there are terrific volunteer guides as well as programs for different ages and interests. Winsted is lucky to have this new landmark in their town! Be sure to get a guided tour to introduce you to the highlights of the mural. And support your local artists!
