Came in with no appointment and was out within 30 minutes. Small and quiet lab. Christopher was the best and they apologized for the bad treatment I received earlier at the Torrington hospital lab. Totally made me have faith that there are good drawing labs in the area. Will definitely be back again and will recommend THIS lab to my friends.

Great experience, same day appointment, in and out in minutes. My doctor needed to get some bloodwork, and wanted it ASAP. I went online at 12:30 to make an appointment and a 2:15 appointment was available. Chose that and then arrived 3 minutes early. Quick and efficient electronic check in. There were 2 walk ins already waiting, and right at 2:15 they called me in and did the blood draw. Nurse was extremely friendly and had me in and out within 10 minutes. Would recommend this new location at the new Hartford Healthcare Emergency Center in Winsted.

This is a secluded, disgusting little room, more a closet, in a Hartford Health Center that claims to be state of the art. Enter this windowless, airless, waiting room that seats 3. Yes, 3. No staff of any kind evident.I sat for half an hour, then left. Felt ill the rest of the day..
