Tamiami Ford rocks! Had a screw in my tire, I have tire coverage, road hazards. They popped a new one on and I was on my way! Don’t get caught without coverage! Always get the add ons. Tamiami service is the bomb!

You really want to know how bad this dealership is? They sold my not yet two year old 2020 Silverado that was to be held in good faith & flippen sold it before deal was completed. I just found out. I won’t be able to drive much longer bc of my eyesight. I was supposed to deliver Jeep to my daughter & go to my husband’s gravesite one last time in Michigan. Can’t now. I’m a retired professional driver, ThankGod!! I traded for a Jeep that my daughter wanted. They sent me on a death trip back home with it. Jeep mechanic told my daughter I was one hell of a driver to of made it 4 hours back home from Naples to The Villages. It has a broken lift on it. My autistic son almost drove it. He potentially could’ve killed an innocent family & himself as well as I could’ve. It wasn’t easy. I actually cried. WHO DOES THAT? Now I want my stolen truck back. Put my life in danger ⚠️ I’m making a compliant with the BBB, calling the news & making police report. Deal was made September 2nd & the predated paperwork. Jeep hasn’t even been driven, Thank God again. Mechanic wouldn’t let it be driven again. Too dangerous 🤬 Tamiami ford, shame on you!! You’ll be sorry you ever stole from me.

You team is always great! I live in Ft. Myers but drive to Naples for service because the service department in Ft. Myers is dishonest, dismissive, and dumb. Please don’t change and don’t hire anyone from SAM GALLOWAY.

I'm on my 3rd clutch in my 2016 Ford Focus. I found out about this after I bought the car but if it gets bad enough apparently they'll give you a new car but you have to make a really big stink
