5 workers yet no one can man the front desk, instead they have side talk with each other with zero regard to the customers, I waited 40 minutes just to sign in. Terrible custom experience and awful employees. 5 WORKERS. Absolutely unbelievable. And don’t comment saying you’ll forward this info to upper management, cause you won’t. Multiple reviews of customers complaining about the same things and the same people yet nothing has changed, and the same workers people are complaining about are still there.

I wish the people at this office would be a little kinder, espcially to patrons who call that are calm and respectful. It depends on who answers the phone, but often can be very rude. I appreciate Adam who had been very helpful and the eye doctor is great.

Worst experience ever...went to the place for 3 days in a row.. spent 3-4 hours each day for Adam/store manager to have an ego trip after all this time and saying I will call you even after showing up 3 days in a row. They DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE and even after you paiently wait for 3 days at the store, they have an ego trip. Can't find my contact prescription even tho I came there 3 weeks ago. Just a HORRIBLE PLACE AND AN HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. First time and last time getting contacts here! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE.

I had a pair of glasses which missing left side of screwer. I tried couple of places but couldn’t find the one fit mine. I wanted to see if Visionworks is able to fix it. 5 min after I walked in, they already fixed my glasses. When I asked for the fee, they told me they wouldn’t charge and they just want to help me. These nice people really made my day. Thank you again for your help! 🥹
