This review is a positive one. Gabriela is so knowledgeable and helpful in picking out and processing my glasses. I loved my sunglasses but had to come back for my regular everyday glasses. She was so pleasant during the return and reorder process. Everyone is helpful although the wait times are outrageous. I wish they can figure out how to make the wait time less then 1/2 an hour. Inevitable no matter why I have to go there the whole visit will take about 2 hours. ugg Corporate needs to figure this out. People are frustrated and take it out on the people that work there.

Six weeks after my husband's glasses were promised, they are still "pending." It's impossible to get through to them by phone, to find out why they're delayed. On hold forever. The worst!

If I could give this place a 0 star, I would. I have not once written a review for a single place before but the service I experienced here makes me infuriated. First, I came in for a 6:00 pm appointment on 08/11, a time that was listed on their website as available. When I walked in, the doctor complained very openly about the fact that I had come in at this time and voiced his desires to “get her over with so I can leave”. Not only was he rude, he proceeded to make politically inappropriate jokes during the eye examination which lasted less than 5 minutes. He did not check my vision but rather claimed he’s been in this profession for his whole life and knows how to do his job, when in fact he wasn’t even aware of the fact that Bausch+ Lomb makes Ultra contacts for eyes with astigmatism. He claimed my previous eye doctor “doesn’t know their shit” because Coopervision is the only brand that prescribes astigmatism contacts when I told him I had been wearing Bausch+Lomb for the past year. I tried to overlook this very short encounter with the doctor only for my experience to get even worse. I placed trial contacts to test out since I was switching brands. The woman helping me up front was openly badmouthing her own colleague while helping me during the process, and told me that the contacts will be in within 2 weeks. At the 2 week point, I called to see if my trials were in. It is literally impossible to reach their front desk, so after attempting to reach them via phone, I came into the office in person. No contacts. Rude front desk woman cutting me off each time I talked. She proceeded to tell me that it will take an additional 2 weeks. I called at the four week point, and voiced my complaint for how long the trials were taking to come in. Even during peak COVID, I was able to get my contacts within 3 weeks or less. The service rep told me she will escalate this to her manager and she will get back to me at my personal phone number. I never heard back from them. It has now been 5 weeks since my initial visit at their office. They are claiming that the contacts haven’t even been shipped out. This is absolutely ridiculous, and I will never be coming back.

There is huge a lack of organization here, from the moment I walked in with my mother! Doctor G (he was excellent) was going to do the eye exam and when I asked a question, he said “ Well what did they say in the front when they processed your insurance?” I let him know that no one processed it and we were signed in with pen and paper and told to go straight into the back. The back consisted of a waiting area where workers were ALSO conducting diagnostic procedures and performing patient interviews. NO privacy at all. They also displayed patients charts on a big screen while everyone waiting could see ALL the patients health information. The attire of the medical workers were not professional at all. After the exam was over, I just needed a copy of my moms prescription because I was not purchasing glasses at the moment and I also needed to pay a copay for an additional test. I was informed by the front desk that I had to wait on line behind all the people who were going to choose AND fit glasses. Shoutout to Gabby who was very accommodating and exhibited the best customer service there, she was able to process me in 2 minutes, so I could take my mother and leave. I would not recommend AT ALL!

They are not answering the phones..They told me it's due to limited staffing...You have to go there and they will set you up with an appointment to come back again its ridiculous...I don't know why they reopened if they weren't ready to give full service...I must admit the people there are trying to give good service but more help is needed..This goes out to corporate Davisvision Bring back you Full Staff of workers...
