Such a good experience with Dr. Coad and the Lasik coordinator, Nicole. I went for consultations at two offices and even though Dr. Coad was the more expensive one, it was not by much and very well worth it. The office is professional, modern, and informative. Nothing unexpected happened, my procedure was handled with a lot of care and comfort, and my healing is going really well.

2020 - I've seen Dr. Yoon a couple of times for a chalazion and an annual eye appointment. She's very nice and seems thorough, yet efficient. I appreciated the tech as well whose name I don't recall, but was also great and patient. 2022 - unfortunately, I have to update my review, I still believe the office is great and the staff are nice and Dr. Yoon is thorough, but $75 for a refraction/dilation seems excess on top of a copay for annual eye exam. More frustrating is that I am pregnant and couldn’t get dilated, yet was still charged $75 just to get a Rx for my glasses even though I don’t know if I will change my lens (double that and I can get a pair of actual glasses not just pay for a script for one), really ridiculous…changing providers.

From A to Z, a wonderful experience and a great surgical outcome. I commend Dr Coad and his incredible staff for the professional care and human kindness; and for, truly, “under promising, and over delivering”. And the outcome, for a heavily short-sighted, astigmatic, and with early onset of cataract guy like me? Miraculous.

I recently underwent a second cataract surgery performed by Dr. Coad and am very pleased with the results. On my first visit to his practice for a cataract evaluation, in addition to the "standard lens", he presented me with a variety of lens options and addressed all my questions about these options as well as my other questions regarding my vision. My prior ophthalmologist presented quite costly lens as the only option. From this initial meeting I have felt confident in Dr. Coad's medical expertise and in his genuine interest in improving my sight. Dr. Coad and his surgical assistant, Dr. Marc Sirota, put me at ease on the days of my surgeries and the procedures proceeded seamlessly. Often one finds a competent physician, but dealing with the office staff leaves much to be desired. This is not the case with this practice. Vace Marisenovic, the Surgical Coordinator, spent a great amount of time reviewing my upcoming procedures and has been available to quickly respond to my questions. The entire staff is friendly, competent, and professional. All in all, I have felt well cared for by Dr. Coad and his staff and I highly recommend this practice.

IOLs, intraocular lens, are implants that replace natural lens, such as when they are damaged by cataracts. Lots of info online about these and ICLs.
Far as I can tell on their website, not specifically. However, they may be able to help, or provide a good referral if you call.
We are between 6th and 7th Avenue closet to 7th Avenue
