Don't get a phone from them my phone has been broken from day 1 and no one would help if you port your phone they will hold it hostage even though their phone is broke they want to sell an upgrade instead of fix a problem. they lie about how everything works when you sign up. buyer beware!!!!

Very unpleasant experience. Not very interested in me or my problems. Consequently, I decided that If I were treated this way, what on earth could I expect as a committed patron. I cancelled the transaction and will stay where I am with Verizon

Terrible terrible my cell phone cracked went to get a replacement phone went back to have it set up they told me the guy that ordered it it was the only one that could set it up he wasn't there went back again computers were down went back again meanwhile this been 3 weeks cuz we don't live close last time we went back he tells me they ordered you another line not a replacement phone you have to call the company so I called the company cuz I've had enough and they told me he could have called and taken care of everything but they just sit around Twitter on their thumbs and pass the buck to everybody so my phone's going back and I'm done
