Jennifer has always been super nice and understanding with me & even my sister & nephew who went with me. I always appreciate how genuinely nice she is. This shop is also very clean and you can tell the extra precautions taken to keep a sterile environment. When my dog ripped out my helix Jennifer took extra care of me and helped me out. No. By law they can not tattoo anyone under 16. Even with your permission at 16 they still require a notarized consent.
