Nothing was ready waited in the drive through for 10 minutes. Nothing... They had a sign on the door that the lobby was closed due to shift change, so we went to the drive through and sat behind three cars and waited and waited and waited. We saw someone leave pass the drive through with a store bag eating. So we thought inside would be faster. We then went in and it looked everyone was overwhelmed. Three people were waiting on their order. People standing at the counter waiting to place their order and no one taking it. We stood for quite a long time for someone to take their order and then just gave up and went across the street to Wendy's. This has to be the worst review I have ever written. Nothing seemed to have gone right for the outgoing or incoming crew to have been backed up like this. To be at a major exit crew should be on their A game always. Not the case for our stop and we will probably not have a chance for a revisit any time soon. I would have posted this sooner but I was driving and now I have had a chance to come back to it.

Decent food but service was abominable. We had to wait over an hour to get our food. Several people got tired of waiting & left but we wanted to see just how bad the service was.

I wish they had a Checkers in Knoxville. I was with a friend who took me here. Hands down best fries I've ever had. The burger was 5 stars too. The girl in drive thru was so friendly. I will absolutely come back here whenever I am out this way.

We went here for dinner in Tennessee on our Family Vacation and had a lot of fun. Fantasia and Arianna never had this before because all the ones in Virginia closed down when I was a teenager sucks we don't have any in Roanoke Virginia really wish they would come back here love the food so much and the fries omg best.
