Very dirty room, rug smelled like animals, poor paint job, filthy tile floors that I had to scrub on my hands and knees to clean. Food on kitchen ceiling, blinds hadn't been cleaned in years. Granted this was a private residence rented out for us as long term renters. But it should have been cleaned and inspected prior to renting. Office staff was not very cordial, or willing to help out. Toni the housekeeper was a sweetheart and a joy to work with

Spring Clean Power Washing

This is a nice condo other than management is extremely paranoid about security to the extent that a key is required for everything. To turn on a water hose/shower within a locked courtyard to rinse off your feet. Elevator entry. Entry and exit to pool area requires a key so if anyone in your party goes back to the room you find yourself unable to get out of the pool area without climbing a fence. In my mind this is a safety issue.
