Worst subway around the lady working tried putting old tomatoes on my sandwich and got an attitude with me when I asked for better tomato's then I asked for ranch and she barely put any on the sandwich so I asked for a little more and she soaked the sandwich in ranch then I asked for lettuce next and she put BROWN lettuce on my sandwich i told them don't worry about it and went to a better subway in dandrige drive to the next subway it's worth driving an extra 5 minutes

Ordered online & 2 out of 3 sandwiches were wrong. Ordered them the way we wanted & some how when it went through they were not at all what we ordered. Also ordered two cookies we did not receive.

This is for all subway actually, I only ate one thing from subway, I have ever since I was little. It was actually the only thing I could eat when I was pregnant without getting sick, an they take it off the menu completely!! The oven roasted chicken breast, & no the strips do NOT TASTE THE SAME!!

The two males working tonight around 6:30 were extremely rude when I called and told them my sandwiches were wrong. My husband went to pick it up as I had ordered online. Got it home and opened it nothing was right. Checked my receipt and email to make sure I ordered the right thing. I did. They just got it wrong. Called them and told them it was wrong. They knew they just didn’t have the right ingredients. I asked them why they couldn’t call me to explain they didn’t have the certain ingredients for my sandwiches. They didn’t have an answer! I go to this location all the time and I’m highly disappointed in the service and the way those two people were tonight! Couldn’t do a refund because they don’t know how to do that either!
