My father had surgery at this facility. My mother was the only one who was allowed in to accompany my father. (This is the only part I disliked as both are elderly.) Every single person involved June 8-9 were amazing. From the valet person, to the gentleman at the front desk, admitters, nurses, anesthesia and DR Syed - awesome!!! awesome!!! Thank you Diana, for helping my mother that day!! Your attentiveness is greatly appreciated. <3 My father post surgery is doing amazingly well, thank God! Thank you all for providing excellent service!!! May the Lord bless you all!!

This hospital went above and beyond during a procedure I had done. From beginning to end they made sure that my caretaker and I had everything we needed. Literally every single staff member we met was so kind, caring, and helpful!!! They even thought to give my mom an activity packet so that she’d have something to do during my surgery. Plus they have (according to my mom) very good $3 meals!! She joked that for that price it would almost be worth it to make the long drive for us there everyday, lol. It is a very nicely decorated and clean hospital. I would highly recommend anyone go here if they are able to. You won’t be disappointed!

Medicare,but it depends on what you are having done and which doctor sent you there. If you just walk in, they will tell you to go to Big Baylor , other insurance, I would call them directly first.
Not sure I had surgery there. Everyone there is very kind and helpful. So if they can't help they will help to get you were you need to go
I was in Baylor from September to February. And several times since. What I've learned is that everything needs to be scheduled besides emergencies. This is still do to Covid and high flow of patients. But for shots and related the appointments are rather quick.Hope this helps.
