Great launch, roomy and well built by the State of CT. Launch early or at night on weekends when the weather is nice and warm, the jet skiiers and novice boat ramp users during the day clog up the flow and have little to no etiquette. They sit and talk with little to no care of surroundings or other people waiting to launch or load, but that's every public ramp, ever.

100% yes you can. Plenty of room, just be courteous and have etiquette of others waiting to launch/return to ramp.
Yes, I have several times with no issues. Quiet area and safe. I trust my equipment there.
