100% yes you can. Plenty of room, just be courteous and have etiquette of others waiting to launch/return to ramp.
Public boat launch. Yes you can launch a jet ski. Busy on the weekends, so there will probably be a line waiting to launch. Everyone puts in and moves quickly.
