I highly recommend this Holiday Inn! The hotels were very nice with comfortable beds and amazing huge windows! The entire hotel has been updated and was very modern. My only issue was my toilet that was flooding when I first got to my room. I didn't check in until after 10:30pm. I then immediately went to grab dinner so I didn't make it to my room until after 11pm. I had driven for hours and was exhausted. When I opened the backroom door there was water all over the floor and it was continuing to over flow from the toilet. I turned the water off on the toilet and was able to then dry the floor. Since it was so late and I was exhausted I decided it wasn't worth the hassle to switch rooms for just one night and since the toilet was no longer flooding the issue was temporary fixed. When I went to check out the following morning I let the front desk know about the toilet. They were very apologetic. Everything else was nice during my short stay and I would stay again.

May 26, 2022 My husband is an over the road truck driver and his truck broke down and is being worked on near your hotel. It is Memorial Day weekend 2022 and he should have made it home but such are the ups/downs of trucking. The 2 ladies at the front desk helped my husband get to stores not within walking distance to make his stay more comfortable. We are very grateful for your kindness and generosity towards him and may you be blessed 10 times over. Thank you for helping, Chuck and Patty Malcolm

This hotel is my favorite when in Somerset. Remodeled less than three years...GREAT BREAKFAST! Overall as expected...some new employees trying to learn quickly so not an issue.
