Front desk crew was excellent. Stayed 3 consecutive 4 day stints and by the 2nd one, the front desk crew knew who I was and were also kind, courteous, and easy to get along with. Continental Breakfast was always hot and fresh and the waffle machine is wonderful treat. They do have smoking rooms, but here's where the 3 π comes in. Was in a non smoking room the first trip and it was updated, fresh, clean, and cozy. However, even being a smoker, the smoking room was dingy, odorous, and old looking and outdated. I'm not sure how you fix the heavy cigarette odor, seeing as it is a smoking room, but the old, nostalgic, 1970's looking curtains, carpet, and bed comforters could use a little revamping. But other than that, had a great experience and would recommend a stay here any time.

This is a decent price for a decent hotel room. If you get multiple rooms for work, they will never be all ready at 3pm. The WiFi is utterly and completely horrible. Customer service is "aloof" at best. Rooms seem to be clean and the water pressure is very good.

Room was clean. Black out curtains do not close so unless you clip it closed it is bright in the rooms facing 27. Pool had a film floating on top Yuk . Breakfast was terrible eggs smelled bad, biscuits were so hard I couldn't break them . I would NOT stay here again.

Putting a non smoking room in the middle of a hall of smoking rooms is a terrible idea. The smell was overwhelming. The room even smelled of smoke. After signing a paper saying I would be charged $100 if I smoked in the room, only to find I was surrounded by smoking rooms made no sense at all. Would not recommend to anyone.

There every year for family reunion some family members brings there small dogs and keeps them in there carriers in the room. Walks them in lot next door. If pets don't bother other guests and not loud. No complaints.
Don't remember what room I stayed in but I was there about a year ago.
Yes, they are. They just charge an extra fee per night. We had a ~25 pound dog with us. I don't know if there is a weight limit.
A mile or 2. It's right across the street from big lots
