Super accommodating and understanding! I loved my counselor. The process of getting a diagnosis was communicated throughout so I knew how long it could take. One thing that is weird is that I got diagnosed with Aspergers which hasn’t been a diagnosis since 2013 so I think they may have some outdated information, but anyone diagnosed with it is considered autistic now so that’s good. Overall, it was pretty good. I’ve had some bad counselors and thankfully, this wasn’t a bad experience.

Questions & Answers

Are you a center that treats adult males with Asperger's Syndrome? Do you have group therapy as well? What insurances do you take?

We do treat adult males with Asperger's Syndrome both in one-to-one therapy and in groups. We will likely try to start new groups in the fall. Currently we are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medical Mutual, CareSource, and Ohio Health/Ohiohealthy. We can often negotiate single case agreements with other insurance companies for adults with Asperger's, as there are few other providers in the area. See our website at caass.Online for more information about services and fees.
