I stayed here for about a week and this place is very good at helping with your needs for your mental health. The nurse lauren is my personal favorite. She's a complete sweetheart and cares about everyone. I definitely recommend this place for anyone going through a hard time. Its more than ok to ask for help and this place is a good place to get help.

Yes you can smoke. You can bring sealed packs with you or family or friends can drop them off as long as they're unopened.
They completely ignore your doctors, medical records and psychiatrists. The only medication they willingly give you is to "help you calm down" and turn you into a zombie
Inpatient treatment is very good actually and y share a room with someone only a year or two younger or older also the same gender and schooling is done online or they bring in ur school work and u go to a quiet room with a staff member.
They have smoke breaks after breakfast lunch and dinner then at about 8:30. And yes on your own clothes but they do have guidlines (no strings etc etc etc)
Clothes with no strings. Cigarettes if he smokes. If he likes coloring they do let you have at least crayons. I'm still unsure about color pencils and all that because the second time i was there i could have the pens I came in with (soft tip) but when my friend brought the rest of the set in they said no.

Anita, that is dependent on a number of variables. A multi-discipline treatment team work with you and your diagnosis, as well as medication needed to stabilize your condition. Your stay can be anywhere from a few days to a week. If you have any further questions you can call the facility and ask to speak with an assessment professional.
