My wife and I stayed for 11 nights to visit family and friends in the area. We were impressed by the clean, modern accomodations and the professional and friendly staff. The variety and quality of foods offered at the complimentary breakfast are impressive. Location is terrific, minutes away from Rte 495 and the Mass Pike.

I'm so happy, I've stayed at many hotels but nothing like this ,as soon as you walk in the door you feel at home Stacy Ashley and Cindy are the best they made sure my stay was absolutely the best and the best part that if I needed anything I could text them from my room... The breakfast was so awesome it had so much variety, I was extremely impressed I give the hotel service rooms and breakfast 5 stars ... The rooms are so clean smell so fresh. And the beds are like sleeping on clouds lol I almost forgot where I was but overall it was amazing we will be checking out tomorrow thank you Hampton inn westborough/Boston.😁⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

staff was friendly and hotel was super clean and comfy! Room was a fantastic size and bed was comfortable! the bathroom was way bigger than expected and nicely updated. Rooms were airy and QUIET! I barely heard when anyone was in the hallway which if you stay in hotels often is a big deal. Close to many places as well.

The staff was very nice, but I wasn't impressed with our room at all. The bathroom door was not really a door; it was a sliding wall which did not close all the way or lock. And there was no bathroom fan. Nor was there a microwave. I called to ask if we could have a microwave and was told we had to use the one in the lobby. We were there during the blizzard, and restaurants in the area were closed so we had to eat the snacks they had for sale in the lobby, which were very overpriced. I enjoyed their indoor pool, and the breakfast was good.

Our warm, indoor heated pool is open from 9am to 10pm and our Fitness Center is open 24 hours a day.
We do not have an onsite restaurant, however, we share a parking lot with Owen O’Leary’s, which is a local Irish Pub. In addition, we have many restaurants within a 5 mile span of the hotel.
We do not, however, we have a great relationship with Knights Limousine service and can help you facilitate this, should you need assistance. In addition, Hilton has a partnership with Lyft and you can link your Honors account with Lyft to get points every time you use their ride-share program!

Just a short 45 minute drive to downtown Boston! Of course, with traffic it can sometimes take longer.
