I briefly visited Tuttle Park for my first time yesterday [9-1-2022]. While at Tuttle Park, I attempted to visit the Tuttle Park Community Center [or Tuttle Park Recreation Center] for my first time but that center had been closed. I have spent much time in the "University District" neighborhood of Columbus since 1971 but had never before visited Tuttle Park. An OSU student group with which I am familiar had scheduled a "pizza party" yesterday "on the south side of the Tuttle Community Center"; that announcement is what had prompted my visit to Tuttle Park last night. When arriving at Tuttle Park, I had not been able to find a "pizza party" or even a group of people who may be OSU students who may have planned a "pizza party." I left Tuttle Park after having walked around the building once [and having taken several pictures "on behalf of Google Maps"] and then having checked one final time "on the south side of the Tuttle Community Center" before leaving. I had assumed that the Tuttle Community Center would have been open until 9:00 p.m. last night because incorrect hours for the Tuttle Park Community Center currently appear on Google Maps. I will attempt to correct the hours of the Tuttle Community Center that currently appear on Google Maps, once the Labor Day holiday has passed, so that they will match the hours that currently appear on the Tuttle Community Center webpage: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Mon.-Fri.); closed Saturdays and Sundays.

I came here to go to the skatepark. It is very well put together. there are low curbs and small quarter pipes as well as larger obstacles. The concrete is very smooth and so far the other skaters have been very nice. You do have to be careful if you shoot your board out on one side that it doesn't go into the Mucky water. Other than that its pretty good. Easy parking and its next to the basketball courts near the rec center.

Maybe the best skatepark in the MidWest. And it hasn't even opened yet

Our kids love it so of course we do too.

Yes
You you can get one at any of the recreation centers during your open hours. I believe Tuttle rec center is open on the weekends other places like Whetstone are not. You will need to bring a dollar and cash and a valid driver's license.
