Took my sister is the ER and she had good nurses and the Dr O was great! Admitted to 6th floor and her day nurse, Keisha, was amazing and treated her very well and she was very compassionate. Emmalee, was also very kind and treated my sister well. Debra, the housekeeper, was so sweet and kept everything looking great!

This place is a joke. If you are in severe pain or about to die. I highly wouldn't recommend this place. You'll be waiting 3 to 4 hrs for something that could've taken less than an hour. My opinion is they are definitely scamming insurance companies with the wait period.

Staff in e.r waiting area very rude. My daughter went in with cardiac issues. People that need stitches went first. Was told they were 4 and we're only 3

Hello Liz, as your child's mother you can write a letter stating that the child's aunt/grandma can make medical decisions and consent for treatment. The aunt/grandma would present this letter in the event that the child needs care. Thanks for reaching out and being proactive in your child's care.
It's a step down from ICU. Meaning the patient is stable, but still considered critically ill. They still need more constant care than the medical floor.
They can help to get you to the right place.
Yes they do
