Plenty of parking is always a nice convenience. There was always someone cleaning. The function room was comfortable and the food and beverages were a good quality.

Positive: DVD television was awesome - all channels all the time. Negative: Not customer friendly - $5.60 coffee? No amenities to speak of. Worn rooms, ceiling dents, paint chips on floor, bathroom fan didn't work - fogged up mirror. Mysterious $3.00 charge after the fact we signed out. No explaination.

I needed a last minute hotel room and was scrambling because I’m not remotely familiar with Rhode Island. After calling a few places the General Manager Justin Kohlmeier, at the Raddison assured me that his location was exactly what I was looking for. I was traveling for work with 2 children who also wanted to “have fun” while I took care things I needed to handle. This is where Justin really went above and beyond! He recommend we head over to the Biomes Marine Biology, Roger Williams Zoo & Goddard State Park Beach. Let’s just say all of these locations were exactlyyyyy what the kids needed to enjoy their stay. My son is a little loud so I requested a room that perhaps was away from most guests so he wouldn’t annoy them. Justin showed us one of their suits which is located above the gym! That was a godsend because the boys were able to be themselves without having to worry about disturbing other guests. Leidy was amazing and made sure our room had everything we needed. There wasn’t a speck of dust in sight, no pillow left unfluffed and she even went out of her way to double check on us making sure everything was perfect! She was incredibly kind! Lily at the front desk was also extremely helpful! She booked us our room, checked us in and even recommended all the local great spots to eat. This made my life so much easier and saved me the time of scrolling through reviews. She also let us know cool events happening locally & which areas suited our specific needs. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and easy! Highly recommend staying here if visiting the area for brief yet eventful stays!!!

It's a nice room with a small dining table and sitting area when you enter the room with a bed at the back of the room.
I didn't have a car when I stayed at the hotel. The hotel has a shuttle to & from the hotel. It's only about a 5min ride.
You're better off parking at the TargetPark right next to the hotel. There is that Skyway over pass that goes to the airport from there. Only takes a few minutes from the TargetPark to get to the Airport Skyway. That place only charged me 45.00 to park my car for a week.
