Terrible customer service. There was an ad we received in the mail 2 days later we tried to go purchase one of the items in the ad. There was none. And the employee I asked about it had no idea what I was talking about. I dont like this place at all.

If you bought the Amazon item online, you can go to Amazon > Your Orders > Click on item > Start Return > Choose a Shipping Choice from the Options (if Kohl's is an available option, you will see Kohl's drop off as well as UPS dropoff, or UPS pickup. Then Click on View and Print Label, which you can print or have Amazon email it to you. The SCAN code and the Bar Code are essential. Take the item and Scan code and Bar Code and shipping label to Kohl's or an official UPS Store. The original shipping box or envelope is not essential. Kohl's Customer Service Dept will process the return as long as Kohl's was one of the shipping options. Otherwise, UPS store can do this. You don't have to pay anything to ship the return. Amazon will deduct a shipping charge when they issue a refund.
