Update on my experience of being ripped off by Servpro. Do Not Trust Servpro they will rip you off. I thought I could trust them because I knew a family member of the supervisor Jesse . I was wrong !! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this Company . They will take every dime they can get from your insurance then take you for $17, 000.00 they claim were upgrades in which Servpro claims we got marble counters, we did not Servpro also claimed we got top of the line cabinets we did not. They also took money from the insurance company that came out of our pockets which was $16,000.00. Servpro is a Professional Rip Off. I was warned and didn't listen Hopefully you will listen!! I would testify in court!! This is the truth!!
