I made a reservation ahead of time and I get a call the day before I go pick up the cargo saying that they canceled my reservation without knowledge me and one of the lady said that she not gonna let me rent their truck because I’m driving to Chicago very worst customer service. Think twice before you renting their equipment..!

They did not have my truck or trailer that I reserved weeks ago. When I went in the guy inside was too busy ordering food to actually help me. He then gave me a random corporate phone number that was for the WRONG region and told me to pretty much get lost. He also canceled my reservation without my knowledge or consent. I flew out from ANOTHER STATE to get this truck to move. This guy left me stranded in the middle of town

There is an employee there his name was hunter and he was the most kindest man and he helped me with pretty much anything I asked thank you Hunter

Had to get an electrical assembly put on my jeep and also rented a trailer from this location to haul my dirt bike for the weekend. These guys had my assembly done in less than an hour, and they were polite, fast, professional and SUPER helpful. I’ll never forget the service I got from this team, and you best believe I’ll be coming here in the future for any hauling need.
