I absolutely love it here. I took a couple stars off because I moved in at the end of summer and got to swim in the pool once, then the next year they shut it down to be fixed... I've now been here 3 years and the pool still isn't open but they raise my rent about $40 every year!! I started out paying $575 a month which was great but now I'm up to $682!!! I love living here because my son can go to Madison. He is autistic and that has been the only school to really help him and work with me about his needs. But if it keeps going this way, I'll be paying over a 1,000 a month by the time he graduates for a single wide trailer! But other than that, it's a great place to live. Quiet, friendly enough, and whenever I have an issue they get it fixed within a reasonable time frame. Update: they just keep dropping immensities and raising rent. Now they aren't offering microwaves anymore, so if mine that is above the stove, goes out, then I have to buy a new one and use my counter space which is just the right size without any appliances!! Ugh 😑

I LOVE THIS COMMUNITY. I've been here over a year now & the front office women are so amazing in helping you in anyway they possibly can. A lot of people were having trouble getting accepted to move in & every time I called and left a voice mail, they got back with me. Every time I emailed them, they got back with me. They fought to get our application approved for us. Such amazing hearted women. My neighbors are amazing. Any time I leave my car door open, I get a knock on my door 10 minutes later (if its not too late) letting me know & if its too late my neighbors just shut my door and continue on. When someone's animal runs away, we all search. One of my neighbors overheard my conversation with my husband about our finances being too low that week & my neighbor knocked on my door the day after with well over $200 in groceries. The older lady next to us has trouble getting around so we mow her grass for her often. There are amazing people here and we all look out and care for each other.

The manager is amazing, always here to help and does everything she can for you when it comes to you’re home, the ladies in the office are absolutely wonderful! Always polite over the phone and work Hard to seek answers to any question you have. Living in this community has been a great experience for me and my family, thanks Stephanie!!

No, I am not sure what's going on with that. I hear maybe a little but later. But everything seems to be a good check. But sadly no it's not.
Theirs a few empty trailers there. Be worth stoppin up to see
It's been a few years since I moved here and could have changed. But it is 575. That includes lot fees.
Keep your yard picked up, have to blinds & curtains in all windows. Pets are fine summertime you have to keep your yard mowed because they will charge you extra. Hope this helps.

The pool is very old and has had a lot of problems. We had it shut down this year for remodel but it will be open in the spring of 2020.
Some mobile homes are nice summer trash but they are trying to clean it up but it is a decent community
