Asked for smoking room away from noise because of late work night and late arrival. Got put in non-smoking and right beside a construction dumpster. After checking in was told there is no phones or wifi available either. By 7am someone was hammering on the ceiling above me and by 9 had someone standing in my room wanting to clean it. Not that it was clean to begin with. Hair all over bathroom and a layer of dust. Not to mention the coldest place I've ever stayed. Froze til 3am before the small wall heater caught up. Never again.

First time here. To be honest I had never heard good things, BUT I was pleasantly surprised to find this is the best hotel I've stayed at while in town. Very spacious room, a balcony, clean, comfortable, everything you'd want and nobody bothered me, which has been an issue at the other 2 places I've stayed in Corbin. The one thing I will note is that they don't have a microwave. Its hardly worth noting though. Large mini fridge, and even a cool heating light fixture for when you step out of the shower. It felt kind of like staying at my grandparents house, as in old fashioned, cozy, well kept and quiet. Will return for any future temporary stays.

The gentleman at the front desk was wicked helpful and friendly! The room was clean, the water pressure was perfect and the bathtub had a plug so I could take a hot bath :-) most motels I've stayed at in the past decade don't have bathtub plugs. I slept through my alarm and missed my check out time but the staff was understanding so it wasn't an issue. I struggled to hook up to the WiFi, but I think that was an issue with my laptop and not the motel. I was just traveling through this time, but I want to make Corbin a destination next time so I can explore the town

This place is great! I stayed there over the weekend, I got to be the first person to stay in my room. The whole first floor appeared to have been completely remodeled. It was a beehive of activity on the second floor. The room was very nice, flat screen TV, great wireless. The staff was phenomenal! I have never seen such nicely dressed and professional people EVER at a motel. And the coffee was always fresh. This new Management is serious about customer service, for the price this is a great choice.
