On Vacay visiting family in Jefferson City Tennessee. I have never been to a Bojangles. We had a party if 4. This visit was great! I got a personal pizza while my Aunt and cousin shared a small. The server suggested it and saved us $ in the process! My pizza was perfect! Hawaiian is lovely. If/when I make it to Bojangles again I will for sure. We do not have them neary home unfortunately.

Used to love this restaurant. Had prompt service and nice employees, but since the pandemic neither. Although they have finally "extended" their hours, they still regularly are out of many menu items or are not serving certain items. Much prefer the other local locations, Jacksboro and Halls. Visit one of those.

5/16/22 - The first time I visited Bojangles five years ago, my order was incorrect, but I gave them a second chance, then a third, then I developed an addiction. The prices are equivalent to KFC, and they definitely suffered during the pandemic. I haven't had a need to go inside the building yet, but the drive through is fast and the staff are friendly.

Was heading home from Florida and had to get our last Bojangles' fix before arriving home in Northern Kentucky (which is strangely void of a Bojangles). Typically great food for a good value. Of course their Sweet Tea is amazing. The staff was good, but not excellent. Therefore, 4 instead of 5 stars.
