We're from Illinois on a road trip & decided to come here for lunch. The staff was Great so very friendly. I got the swiss mushroom burger & My Husband got the primal burger with BBQ sauce on the side. The food was great.

Went through the drive thru and was asking for a chicken sandwich and then chicken tenders. Got told 2 hours before they close. Any thing chicken is not served 2 hours before closed. Ordered a couple of burgers and they didn't toast the sour dough bun. Found it completely odd I can order a burger but no chicken.

Slow service. Poor customer service. Wrong food given. Not even enough food given. Food was cold where the cheese wasnt even melted, but the burgers were burnt. Cant get anyone to even answer the phones. Would never go back. I understand they could have been short staffed but if im going to wait that long for my food then i should get what i ordered and it should be cooked properly.

I love Hardee's but this visit wasn't great. The service was pretty slow, albeit very friendly, and they were out of a lot of items that I heard people trying to order. Thankfully my Superstar burger ingredients were still all in stock. The food temperature was just a bit below what I would consider hot and fresh, but it was still good.
