I just went to this store yesterday and had such a great experience. I’ve had bad experiences before with the store located in Roosevelt Field. Walked in on a Sunday at 12. Store was already packed but there were associates waiting at the door to help. I knew what I was there for so that helps. Amanda was so nice. No pressure whatsoever and let me play around with the bag. I thought the bag had a scratch and she was even willing to order me a new one but it wound up being the protective plastic with the scratch. She gave me some perfume samples and even gave some to my fiancé who was with me. Such a wonderful experience

Had a great experience during my time there . Derek was my advisor and he was amazing and so kind . I Was able to get an impossible item with his help . I recommend everybody ask for him .

Very good service. I was there early Saturday morning to buy a gift. The lady who helped me was very courteous and helpful.

Dyanne is a professional, helpful and knowledgeable sales assistant. She is very patient and she can get the style that you want from the bottom of your heart. Go find her and you won't regret.
