I went in for a FIOS return. Gentleman/owner explained everything to me as he was doing it. In and out on 5 minutes. Answered all my questions. Wished him well and left. (To other reviewers particularly the negative ones, does his race really matter?) It does NOT. At the end of the day we are all human beings trying to make it in this world. May you all be well and make feedback constructive criticism.

Save yourself a trip and go somewhere else. I came to return items to Amazon. As I was called to the counter, I was getting my code out. I suppose it was a second too long because the man behind the counter (older man) called someone else from the line and scanned their items first. He made me wait longer at the counter, even though I was there before the other person. Anyway, after he was done with the other person, he scanned my returns and I requested a receipt. His response: “You don’t need receipt.” I simply replied, “Yes, I need a receipt.” He then seemed confused and agitated (as the line got bigger) and replied with: “But I scanned and he scanned, I don’t know what items I scanned.” I asked, “you don’t know what items you scanned? I can point out what you scanned, and I can wait for my receipt.” His responses thereafter were to try to disuade me from getting a receipt. He then handed me a receipt and I asked, “are you sure these are my items?” His reply, “you have to look at tracking”. I replied: “I can wait for the right tracking receipt if you don’t know.” After many attempts to disuade me from getting my receipt, he actually did his job and took each of the items he scanned and got me a receipt. Turns out he actually did know what items were mine. I mean, it would make sense since he had just scanned them. Honestly, his tomfoolery wasted more time than if he had actually done the job the right way the first time. All UPS stores offer a receipt, this one does not. And if you ask for one, be forewarned, you may have to jump through hoops and hurdles for it.
