Wanted to make an appointment for my 85 year old mom for a cough that she has had for a month and the receptionists said she cant be seen because she is sick and could only be seen televideo or go to an immediate center. What is the point of having a primary doctor if they won’t see you? Asked why, because of Covid, give me a break, 3 years and they are still using that. I can google my moms symptoms, do not need for her to see a doctor through a phone that can’t even listen to her lungs if she has fluid. Already called another doctor that did not hesitate to visit her..

Friendly staff but you can forget about getting labs in a timely manner. The only thing updated on your patient portal is your BILL. I DO NOT recommend this place!!!!

Isn’t the purpose of a urgent care is so you can just walk in??? Not this place!!! The website says no line, lol I walked in and they turned us away. They said there was a two hour wait with one person sitting In the waiting room. The lazy receptionist looked like she wanted to go home. What a shame. Disappointed in Valley Hospital.

This is the worst and most poorly run stil an hour late. When you have a fever and are not feeling well that seems like a very long time. When I called the next day to request an antibiotic it took the office 3 hours to get back to me and at which time they told me I had to come in because the doctor I spoke the day before was not in! Still feeling awful and waiting in the waiting room for an hour! Go somewhere else!!!!!!!

Yes they do. If for an employer your would need to bring forms with you otherwise they can give you a generic form for your own documentation.
They had a flu clinic this past Saturday. Appointments are needed because I had to put my name on a list to be notified of the next clinic.
They eccept walk-ins but its quicker when you have an appointment...
There is most definitely a cardiologist in the new building on Rt 23N (old DMV site). They are located on the first floor.
