The wait is so insanely long I had a pick up order they told me to be there at a certain time I waited 25 minutes. My food still wasn’t ready after ordering it hour in advance so I ended up canceling.

Service is slow and not organized. Portion size for the price is ridiculous. Got more bread then Mac and cheese. Now I remember why I don't come to this place.

Would have left 5 stars because Panera bread is my favorite food but, when I’m trying to have a conversation over lunch with my grandma and all I hear is the rude “cooks” behind the counter laughing so loud and speaking about other people and there schedules so loud I could barely have a conversation it kind of ruins my whole meal. I understand they need to call names for the customers but that was not it. So rude and inconsiderate. I think the South Windsor location is where I’ll go from now on.
