I ended up with a 2 bedroom suite for the same price as a regular room with 2 beds. This happened over a misplaced reservation. The rooms were very clean and decorated in a modern uncluttered way and very stylish. They kept the room stocked and we had more than enough towels to go around. The employees were very pleasant and friendly. Also the clerks and housekeeping staff were professional and courteous and went above and beyond to make our stay an exceptional one.

Comfy and quiet. No fuss. Booked my room through IHG by phone. Got my rooms for $23 less than booking.com and the others. The call was worth it.

The Hazard, KY Holiday Inn is a reliable, familiar hotel service. Friendly staff, clean beds and bathrooms. There is a quick check in and check out service. I only wish there were more parking. Otherwise, overall good experience.

Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. My privacy was honored. I was treated with respect and dignity. Room was clean. I was kept in clean towels and urged to come to staff if I had any issue. Felt safe. Breakfast lady Laura Gamble is unmatched. I looked forward to breakfast every morning because of the effort she put into it. She was always smiling and accommodating.
