I have nothing but good things to say about Riverbend Apartments. Marie is a wonderful person and is always on top of things when managing the apartments. The maintenance staff is also great. Maintenance issues were always addressed swiftly and were taken care of. Air filters for the hvac systems were replaced regularly. The landscaping and property in general were always kept up and looked nice. As for the bad reviews of this place, it's likely that they didn't follow the rules themselves, or were too picky. Rules are in place for a reason. Each apartment is given 2 parking spaces to use, but many residences will fill their garages up with stuff and can't park their cars inside. It's not the landlord's fault that they have to enforce rules (which are in the contracts we sign) certain tenants choose to not follow. As for noise, I had never had any issues with noise in my apartment. To put it in perspective, my downstairs neighbor had a smoke detector go off and I thought it was coming from a completely different building. The only minor inconvenience was that my second bedroom was over the garage and the garage door opener was slightly annoying. The only reason I left was because I bought a new home. If home ownership is not possible, these apartments a really good alternative. These apartments may look really expensive at first, but consider everything you are getting. A garage, central air/heat, great rental manager, maintenance, and landscaping. Now try to find another apartment like it on this side of the bridge and you will be hard pressed to find anything similar.

First and foremost, Marie the property Manager has to deal with tenants who complain when they are not happy with decisions or rules that Riverbend has. As for the parking it is clearly stated in our leases that we have to park one car in the garage and one in our driveway. There are spaces that are available for our guests. A lot of those spaces are used by tenants that use their garages for storage. Unfortunately there are not a lot of available spaces, but certain tenants fell that THEY are privileged and should get those spaces. In turn when Management says they are going to be towed the animosity sets in. One thing I can't understand, as much as I would like to park on those spaces, don't blame Management we all knew this when we signed our leases. I find living here is GREAT. Rules are rules and personally I think Marie and the Maintenance staff do wonderful job. I am not privileged and and I try to follow the rules.

We are now in our 5th year here and loving it. The apartment is large and airy and equipped with all essentials and more. I wait so patiently for the summer to enjoy the pool and our friends in Riverbend. Marie the manager is such a friendly and helpful person. She throw several parties a year for us and goes all out to make sure it was successful. I feel very safe here and private. I love having a garage which holds lots of storage and still fits one of our cars in it. Several renters complain because they don’t want to put their car in the garage and use the visitors spots which make it hard for company, but that’s the rules when you rent and have no complaint with it. Sometimes we call to have things fixed or addressed and have to wait until major issues are attended to. People become impatient and complain, we also need to realize that good things come to those who wait. Riverbend and the management have been the best apt complex we have ever lived in! Wouldn’t go anywhere else❤️❤️❤️

The management threatens tenants on a regular basis. Threatens to tow their cars, and not renew leases. The maintenance team has ignored fallen fences, fallen trees and litter around the pool. There were several broken chairs around the pool this summer for weeks, until I reported to management. Tenants pay 500 to keep a dog but some people harass me when I walk my 12 lb. dog because she barks when she goes out, but not in an obnoxious way. Walls are thin and you hear every footstep from upstairs neighbor. Managagement sons have moved in and park wherever they want and do not follow community rules. If you speak up or register a legitimate complaint management reacts Very very rudely. Management is only concerned with keeping guest parking spots open, but the tenants need the extra space from time to time. Managem my addresses us like we are bad children and not adults paying high rents. I’m leaving asap
