It was terrible. My parents fridge did not work and they said yeah we know but you can use the public fridge down here, no one will mess with your food. My sisters room had 0 water pressure and the toilet made a noise straight out of a horror movie when flushed. the ice machine was out of order, when asked where an ice machine was the staff didn't even tell us it was out of order. the scrambled eggs were floating in water, so gross, my parents were charged $20 more for their room and we had the king with the whirlpool while they had the dbl queen???? The pool room was so hot you couldnt even enjoy it. I would not recommend this hotel. find another that matches the price. $200 for broken fridge they were aware of??? my parents food was ruined. take the broken fridge out of the room!!!

It was SO quiet! The beds were nice to sleep in, the shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water, and the suite was really clean. The room had a refrigerator and microwave if we needed it. The free continental breakfast in the morning was a surprise as it was a full breakfast with sausage, eggs, gravy, two types of waffles, muffins, bagels, coffee, juice, and more! The staff from the front desk to the housekeeping to the morning breakfast attendant were all very nice and friendly. Will definitely be staying here the next time I visit Hazard!

My family and I had come into town for a funeral and decided to go with this hotel. It was roller coaster ride from the start. Which is not want we wanted to deal with on top of everything with a death in the family and a winter storm approaching. Our stay ended up being just shy of a week. My biggest complaint/issue was with a front desk attendant named Sydney (or Sidney), customer service is not her strong suit. She wasn’t understand our issues, ended up way over charging our card, was very rude, etc! There was a long list of issues, however the manager did correct the situation which we were thankful for and housekeeping was OUTSTANDING! I just hate how a single person changed the whole dynamic of our experience here.

Actually, I think Will is referring to the lawsuit that was recently filed against this hotel. A former employee claims his supervisor wanted him to undergo an exorcism. But I've never had an issue at this hotel. My experiences have always been positive.
