I recently purchased my second car from Autonation Acura. My first experience was excellent, that’s why I went back, however times have definitely changed. When I purchased the car they included a service coverage, that I paid for. I never received any information as to what it covered or who/where to call. I have an ac issue and wanted information on the warranty, for two weeks could not get a hold of my service rep. Finally just made for an oil change n for ac service/ spoke to my service rep who still till this day can not tell me what is covered. He texted me at 930 am to tell me that he wasn’t sure if my repair could get covered for my 10 am appt. So I have been trying to reschedule n have left requests for a call back, which has not happened. I did pay out of pocket for my oil change which included a car wash n tire pressure check, when they brought out my car 3 of my tires needed air. They did take it back and put air, but I still do not have any information on my warranty or when to bring my car. I will keep trying to figure out what’s covered and try to make another appointment. I don’t understand why it’s such a process to make a service appointment and get information, and am deeply disappointed I’m having so many issues. Everyone seems helpful during purchasing, but dropped the ball with service

Let me start by saying that Abdelfettah Yaaqoubi from Acura was outstanding taking his time and explaining all and not being pushy on the sale of a 2023 MDX Type S even when I was looking at the used vehicle lot. He was there to make I got what I was interested in no gimmick or cheap lines.

Yeah good luck getting someone to answer the phone, making the appointment online is quicker
