You cannot even call this an emergency room. They had no access to any labs or ultrasounds. The doctor checked for nothing but COVID and released me. When I questioned him, he started telling all of his 30 years of experience. When I asked what exactly is wrong with me, he handed me the xray and suggested I read it myself. Will never go back again!

The place itself was nice, however my service was not! Not told until I arrived that my appointment was cancelled. Someone should have call me or let me know!

They have a sign in the lobby “not a Covid testing site” but because I had some symptoms and was very ill they did test me.
Not a full service facility, it has all the capabilities of an Emergency Room. For further treatment you would have to be transferred to Central Florida Regional Hospital's main campus at 1401 W. Seminole Blvd in Sanford.
