This is not a health food store LOL but they have a lot of cool kinds of muffins and I like the coffee and friendliness of staff as well. One thing that really irks me though is their quality of bagels - they are often as flat as cardboard, no exaggeration, and it’s inconsistent so definitely not intentional. Idk if they make their own bagels or what but they may want to consider changing their bake/recipe or vendor because their bagels are laughable, not in a good way. See photo.

Human bagels AND doggie bagels are cooked daily. They have THE best bagels I've ever had - INCLUDING bagels from New York!
As far as I know they don't have anything gluten free there is a gluten-free bakery in Cranston I forget the name of it but I'm sure if you Google it it'll come up
