Don't move in here!! They will raise your rates. The fire alarms go off all the time, the hot tub and indoor pools are nasty, and oh yeah every couple months you won't have hot water. I lived here for 2 years and when it was finally time to move out I could get in touch with nobody to tell me how much the final month would be since it was the 17th. The staff is the most unhelpful I've ever seen. They just try to get as much money out of you as they can. Then they tacked on a late fee. I tried to pay online weeks early but the amount wasn't prorated. Then they told me it's up to me how much I pay but they late fee will be sent to collections if I don't pay it. They don't value their good tenants. The place across the street is Maybe a couple hundred bucks more a month but totally worth it in my opinion. Yay!! 6months after I moved out I got my security deposit back. It was a nice surprise.

This is the place for you if you want an apartment with cockroaches and spending lots of money on supplies to kill them, not succeeding bc all the buildings are infested and you can only do your own apartment. Oh and dont bring your pet, you dont want to risk them eating cockroaches and getting fatally sick.

Please do not move-in to Concierge apartments. Very poorly maintained units though it is called Luxury apartments. They will make false promises to get you sign the lease. Any issue reported to maintenance will not be resolved but the ticket will be closed after 20 days without any single visit. If you report the problem to leasing office, they hardly care. I've been struggling since day-1 of move-in.

Not as clean as the website appears, things break often, go for the newer apartments, electric is very very high.
