Unfortunately this facility is open to town of Hempstead residents only. The only way you’d be granted admission is if you came as a guest of a resident.

Only the two outdoor pools are open, indoor pools are closed. But the entire Complex will be closed the month of October for Covid-19 retrofitting. Last open day is Sept 30. No word if the Complex will open the facilities in November, but I assume if they are retrofitting the facility it will be completely opened which includes saunas, locker rooms, and workout rooms. Call first.. Right now, the sauna, steam room, showers and locker rooms are closed. Only bathrooms are open. Today, Sept 30 is the last day you can swim. All deck chairs have been removed. If you want to sit, you have to bring your own folding chair or sit on the pavement. Also social distancing and masks must be worn unless you are in the pool. There are yellow squares (6') painted on the concrete to indicate social distancing.

They are not sure yet they are waiting to get the air filtration system in but outdoors is open till the end of September. Eisenhower Aquatic center is indoor and open for swimming and laps only
