You need to check the town of Hempstead Parks & Recreation . They will have all the classes and schedules available at Echo Park.
Not sure, however I did see that they have indoor swimming facility to which sometimes could indicate that they do have classes whether it be for kids or for adults I would check in the place and call the phone number
