Had trouble with T-Mobile- decided to try Verizon. Called and talked to T J. He was very helpful. I asked if he would be in the store the following day. He said no but I should ask for Jacx . Went the next day. Jacx was extremely helpful and patient dealing with 3 old people, he couldn't have been nicer. So if you are looking for a new cell phone highly recommend Verizon over T-mobile or AT&T. I have had both before and would not recommended either. Thank-you so much Jacx and T J!

This is a very hard place to find ..but once you do you won't forget where it is. The people were so nice, friendly and helpful ! Got to hand it out to Verizon ,They do have the friendliest people working for them. Go find them..and I ll meet you there..
