Why has the Port Orange store stopped assisting customers with setting up new phones and transferring contacts, photos, etc. from the old phone? Called AT&T customer service and the rep was very surprised an AT&T store would refuse assistance.

I've experienced some breakdowns in policy there myself. I drive to the Apple store in alta monte myself. I'd recommend you try the other factory att store in front of the mall on speedway. It's in the tire center building.
