When I first arrived at quality protection service I thought that this company will be a good fit for me not knowing what was in store from individuals that work for the company ! I've met some good people and also individuals who talk down to people yell scream and also digrade employees ! There are many good staff workers that work for the company for also not some good ones that work for the company also ! Morning dispatch when you want either to take off or to go on paid leave they always give you a hard time which is despicable if I could advise anyone from ever coming to this company I would but it's not my decision you have to make up your own minds I've seen so many supervisors employees leave this company and I always ask myself why what is the reason ! And my only conclusion is I guess probably the way they was treated or they didn't like certain things that was going on within the company ? I don't like talking bad about a company but when you get into a situation we have to deal with nasty individuals within the company and deal with a hostile environment

I was humiliated Going to this company I had one of the worst experience I ever experienced dealing with just getting a job..I mean I don't feel this company have their potential employees or clients best interest. The slap to the face is that we're not talking about a six-figure income job we're talking about a security job and these people basically was just very unprofessional and insensitive to a person's time and energy and I know to a lot of people that don't matter it's not a big deal but this company needs to be discipline and I wish there was a way that we had a service in place to discipline companies when they treat people that's coming for jobs former employees clients when they treat people wrong and a person feel horrible like the way I just felt I wish there was a company in place that discipline these companies for the actions. I'm not talking about a union,but something like a union.

I must say that working for QBS has been a great opportunity for me as there is room for growth. I've seen promotion after promotion within and I love that about the company.
