Josh and his staff were amazing with dealing with several issues I had with the rental I had. All the issues were caused by the vehicle. Upon returning the vehicle, they understood the issues the vehicle caused during our vacation, and fixed the problem right away. Couldn’t ask for a better group of employees, whom excelled in customer service. Lastly, enterprise should fix their national roadside assistance program. I rather stay stranded on the side of the road then call the unorganized and rude employees that work for this program.
