Had a vaccine appointment for 5. Almost been an hour now still haven’t received it. I feel bad for the folks behind the counter, but it’s wild how disorganized they seem. There are at least 20 other people here waiting if not more.

Doctors are great. If I was reviewing them, I'd give them 4 or even 5 stars. Nurses who takes the vitals, or the other staff who takes the blood. All great. My issue is with the front staff. To summarize what my wife said: I miss my old doctor and the nicer people

Not sure why everyone complaining but my experience was great at this hospital. With 0 hustle I scheduled appointment through ZocDoc app. I came 15 prior appointment, filled out all papers and almost immediately they took care of me. Staff is very friendly and thoughtful. Dr. Arnouk was super professional and helped me. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs orthopedic 👌🏼
