Have been a resident for over 10 years. Had no concerns prior but my building does have elevator problems and the laundry room machines are always broken. Hoping that as covid becomes a non issue will see changes in these services. Overall the buildings are maintained and the area is convenient for travel and shopping.

My cousin has been under contract to buy here for 3 months - still no closing date. Unit is still unfinished, even though construction reopened in June 2020 and the unit was already under cobstruction pre-COVID. A fully renovated unit was marketed by the owner, Joel Weiner of the infamous Pinnacle Realty through a number of different real estate companies, the exclusive agent is Geoff Gottleib. Pinnacle has now decided the unit is "as is". Not sure what games they are playing but I urge anyone to RECONSIDER buying from THIS owner. Not a way to do business. Joel Weiner of Pinnacle owns over 200 units here, so beware. Consider purchasing a previous renovation from other condo unit owners who will do honest business!

Kitch and BR layout depends on which unit you have. No washer hook up in kitch but tenants do have them.
It's a condo so you can sublease.
I live in building 6. My gas was turned off 1/3/22, today is 1/14/22. It was turned off for upgrades. We can't use our stoves or dryers. I appreciate the hot plates, but it's been too long. When will the gas be turned on. Atleast give me an estimate. Thanking you in advance for some answers and progress.
Meadowwood likely has condos for purchase however they no longer rent. The vast majority of current renters are rent stablized.
