Worst costumer service ever, used to be so much better! Front desk lady Irina Nazarova was rude and kept showing me that I have coronavirus or something which is absolutely nonsense I felt discriminated by her attitude ! The school should consider to change the front desk employee attitude because that’s what people get as a first impression when we walk in! Didn’t answer any of my questions, simply rudely showed me that I have to leave! Hope this message will reach this amazing school employer and they will make a change, because as I said when I went to this school it used to be the best in the city, but unfortunately today what I experienced changed my mind!

So emotional to say goodbye after many years. So many good memories. I was very lucky with the staff and the teachers that I was in touch with. Everyone is talkative, friendly, loving and helpful. You'll be missed NYEC!
