This urgent care is by far the best in the area!!! They actually listen and address the problem instead of making a snap judgement and giving medications that don’t work! Ultimate medical care is AMAZING! My visit was nothing short of kindness, professionalism and great knowledge by all the staff members. When I first walked in to walking out, they showed patience and concern for my problem. Thank you all who works their so much, great team and staff!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Don't go there for a covid test. We were told results would be 3 days. We'll, today is 3 days!! Yesterday the practitioner told me the results would be in today. No one answers the phone so I told my daughter to go there to get her results. She goes there and there is a sign on the door that says closed until Jan 3rd!! So how is my daughter supposed to get her covid results? Mind you she is supposed to get on a plane tomorrow to come home. So not only will she have to cancel her flight, but will have to pay alot of money for her flight change. If her test is negative, she could get her flight home tomorrow but she can't because there is no one there to give her her results!!!! They could at least have provided a phone number to call for results. Ultimate Medical Care? No!!!! Less than Ultimate for sure. Thank you very much for your professionalism and leaving people hanging with covid results!!!
